Please, keep in mind that when you visit Entre Cielos Spa + Hamam, our spa staff will explain the procedures for you and you will be asked to complete a brief health form. We kindly ask you to be punctual, at the time specified by the reception.
In order to make the most of your visit to the Hamam, please refer to our reservations and cancellations, recommendations and contraindications policy.

You will be provided with a Hamam and robe set in our facilities. You will also receive shampoo, hair conditioner, moisturizing cream and hair dryer.
We recommend you to bring flip-flops and personal items such as comb or hairbrush.
